Current and Anticipated Digitization Competencies

Digitization is a key process in preserving, protecting and providing continued long-term access to archive materials. The competencies required digitization pose challenges individuals organizations engaging activities. We take competency mapping approach support skills anticipation. Current anticipated public private Finland were surveyed using digital preservation framework. Results show that see requiring wide set of ranging from policies legal issues practical organization technical delivery digitization.
